To discharge/remove member go to the member page from the Panel. on the left rail under Status section click on the gear icon, then click on Discharge button to discharge the member.
Once a patient is discharged, they will be removed from your Panel and you will not receive any Actions related to the patient
Note: member can be discharged from clinician panel. However, in order to permanently discharge patients from the system, it has to be done from the Admin portal
