The right rail area is available on any patient screen and has a lot of features: messaging, notes, audio and video calls.
Located on the right side of the patient chart and visible from any point within the chart interface, the Messaging feature allows users to send text, pictures, emojis, audio recordings, and attachments. Messages from clinicians are directly routed to the member app. To compose a message, simply click on the Pen icon.
