Care Team patients can initiate a voice or video call with the member at any time to discuss care. Members cannot initiate voice/video calls, so don’t worry about patients calling you in the middle of your day.
To initiate voice or video call click on the Phone icon on the right rail. click on the Phone to start a voice call or Camera icon to initiate a video call.
