Submit a Support Request:
- Log into the clinician portal.
- Click into “Support” in the Today screen.
- Click Support Help Center
- You will be taken to the all.health Clinical Help Center
- Click “Submit a Request” on the top right corner of the screen.
- You can fill out the short form to reach our technical support.
- Be as descriptive as possible
- Include any screenshots of the issue or question area.

Working hours
We are available:
Monday through Friday: 9am - 9pm Central Standard Time
Requests received within these available hours will get a response within 4 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If a request is received after 1PM CST, you may get response next day.
