The clinician portal helps clinicians and administrators to efficiently manage patient care within the all.health system. It facilitates onboarding of new patients, conducts patient management tasks, edits account information, and provides options to pause, delete, or restart individual accounts.
Onboarding Process
- Patient receives program order or invitation, agrees to enroll
- Patient receives all.health band and any other third-party equipment
- Download app on patient’s phone, activate individual account
- Pair app with band and any other third-party equipment
- Complete any Baselining surveys
Member Invitation
To invite a member to the system, you need to fill out the following information:
- Required information
- First & last name
- Email address
- Phone number
