Actions are clinical notifications that trigger for the Care Team on the portal once a specific clinical threshold is met.
Actions are generated either automatically or manually. Automated actions are generated by the following:
- Disease risk increase
- Biometrics Out of Range
- Band or App Incompliance
- Concerning Survey answers
- New patient
Manual actions are generally only triggered when the clinician selects a follow up action within X hours.
